There are lots of little things you can do to help keep a healthy environment. If you and your family want to pitch in, try some of these easy steps:
· Turn the water off while brushing your teeth.· Don’t use the toilet bowl as a wastebasket to flush away garbage.
· Paper: construction paper, computer paper, paper lunch bags, cardboard, old magazines. · Plastic: Peanut butter and other food jars, soda and water bottles, juice and milk containers.
· Metal: Soda and food cans.
· Glass: Juice and food jars.
Save electricity· Turn off and unplug the TV, lights, computer and video games when you are not using them.
